Plant Advice

My plant isn’t doing very well, what should I do?

We’re more than happy to give aftercare advice on all our plants no matter how long ago you purchased so please get in touch and we’ll do our best to advise!


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped out?

Our dispatch days run from Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Wednesday may not be shipped until the following week, this is to try and ensure plants do not get stuck waiting at delivery depots over the weekend.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat shipping rate of £3.99 for all orders

Will my shipment have tracking?

Most certainly! We largely use a couirer with a tracking service so you will able to see where your order is. You will also receive an estimated delivery time on the day it’s due. For a small number of orders we use Royal Mail which would not be tracked.

How long does shipping take?

We use with a standard service which takes 2-3 days. Some destinations can take 24-48 hours longer (mainly Scotland) but you will be able to track your order and see where it is on it’s journey.

Will my plants be safe in the post?

Worry not we are experienced plant shippers! We’ve been shipping out plants all over Europe since 2012 ranging in size from tiny seedlings to huge 3 metre tall trees! The key is to get the packaging right. Over the years we’ve come to understand just how plants travel and how they can become damaged during transit so have come up with techniques to secure plants for safe transit. Of course accidents do happen, if you plant arrives damaged please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

How Eco Friendly Is Your Packaging?

Very! Our packaging is currently 95% recyclable, compostable or biodegrable - and we’re working on that last 5%. We mostly use a mixture of paper, cardboard and fully biodegrable, compostable plastic (Certified EN 13432).

Returns & Refunds

Can I Return My Order?

Items such as pots and accesories can be returned however our returns policy states that due to the perishable nature of plants, refunds, returns and exchanges can only be issued in cases where the plant has arrived damaged. If this is the case you can provide us with photos within 72 hours of delivery and we can arrange replacement plants or refunds depending on the customers wishes.


Cancelling or Changing an order

Orders are processed between 1-2 days after they are placed. If your order has not yet been dispatched we’re happy to accomodate any changes so please get in touch as soon as possible.
